Bo has over 23 years of litigation experience. Bo’s practice and trial experience spans a broad range including real estate, construction and fiduciary duty cases. Bo also serves on the Texas Real Estate Commission Broker Lawyer Committee. Bo’s extensive work in the real estate industry lead him to cofound Sellers Shield, a risk management company for residential real estate transactions. Bo is heavily involved in the Austin community, including serving on the board for many non-profit organizations.
Brian Potter is a business lawyer whose practice is broad in scope, but focuses on business and partnership disputes, real estate litigation, construction, and TABC licensing and regulation.
Brian also provides everyday consultation services to his clients concerning their day-to-day business activities.
Brian grew up in Arlington, Texas and attended Baylor University. Brian moved to Austin in 2003, where he attended law school at the University of Texas. Brian married his wife Stephanie in 2008, and has two daughters, Farris and Leighton.
